Racoo offers reliable delivery of professional drug and alcohol testing supplies across the UK and to selected European destinations.

We understand that workplace testing products are often required within a specific timeframe, so we offer a choice of UK delivery services alongside tracked DHL Express delivery for European orders.

UK Delivery

UK orders are dispatched using Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Royal Mail Economy, depending on the delivery option selected and the requirements of your order.

Royal Mail Tracked 24

Our Royal Mail Tracked 24 service is suitable for customers who require their drug and alcohol testing supplies quickly.

Where available, orders are sent using a tracked service with delivery targeted for the next working day following dispatch.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Please note that Royal Mail Tracked 24 is a delivery aim rather than a guaranteed timed delivery service. Delivery times may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside Racoo's control.

Royal Mail Economy

For less urgent orders, we also offer a Royal Mail Economy delivery option.

This provides a cost-effective way to order workplace drug testing kits, alcohol testing products and other testing supplies where next-working-day delivery is not required.

Delivery times will vary depending on the service selected and destination.

Order Processing & Dispatch

We aim to process and dispatch stocked products as quickly as possible.

Delivery times shown are calculated from the point of dispatch, rather than from the time an order is placed.

Orders containing products that are temporarily unavailable, special-order items or unusually large quantities may require additional processing time. Where appropriate, we will contact you regarding availability or expected dispatch times.

Large & Bulk Orders

Ordering a larger quantity of drug or alcohol testing products?

For orders of 250 tests or more, we recommend contacting Racoo before placing your order.

European Delivery

Racoo can ship drug and alcohol testing supplies to selected European destinations.

European orders are normally dispatched using DHL Express with tracking.

Our estimated delivery time for European DHL Express shipments is typically 2–3 working days from dispatch.

This timeframe is an estimate only and is subject to the destination country, local customs procedures and carrier conditions.

Tracking information will be provided once the shipment has been registered with DHL.

European Shipping Charges, Duties & Taxes

European orders may incur additional:

• Shipping charges

• Import duties

• Local taxes

• Customs clearance fees

• Carrier administration charges

These charges can vary depending on the destination country, order value, product type and local import regulations.

Unless specifically agreed otherwise in writing, any import duties, taxes, customs charges or other fees imposed after dispatch are the responsibility of the recipient.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products ordered can legally be imported into and used within their destination country.

Customs & Import Delays

International delivery estimates are provided in good faith but cannot account for delays arising during customs clearance.

Racoo cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by customs inspections, import clearance procedures, duties or tax queries, requests for additional documentation, or shipments being held by customs authorities or the carrier pending payment or further information.

Where a shipment is delayed because duties, taxes or other import charges remain unpaid, the delivery timeframe may be extended until the relevant requirements have been satisfied.

Customers should respond promptly to requests from DHL, customs authorities or other relevant organisations to help minimise delays.

Tracking Your Order

Tracking information is provided for tracked services once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow time for the carrier's tracking system to register the shipment after collection.
